A heavy, display-oriented serif with a pronounced leftward slant and strong thick–thin contrast. Stems and joins expand into flared, wedge-like terminals, giving the contours a chiseled, calligraphic feel rather than straight slab endings. Counters are generally rounded and somewhat compact against the dense strokes, and the overall rhythm feels bouncy due to variable letter widths and energetic, angled stress. The lowercase shows single-storey forms (notably a and g) with sturdy bowls and short, tapered finishing strokes; punctuation-like dots appear as compact rounds that match the font’s weight.

Works best for display typography such as posters, splashy headlines, cover treatments, and expressive branding where a distinctive, retro-flavored serif is desired. It can also suit packaging or labels that benefit from a bold, ornamental presence, while extended reading settings may feel visually intense due to the heavy strokes and high contrast.

The face reads as theatrical and vintage-leaning, with a mischievous, attention-grabbing voice. Its reverse-leaning motion and flared terminals create a sense of movement and swagger, making text feel animated and emphatic rather than neutral or bookish.

The design appears intended to reinterpret classic serif letterforms through a flared, calligraphic lens, emphasizing drama, motion, and a strong inked presence. The variable widths and reverse slant suggest a deliberate aim for personality and impact over neutrality.

In longer lines the dense black color and angled stress produce a strong visual texture, best suited to short bursts of text. Numerals share the same flared, sculpted logic and feel poster-like, with especially bold curves and tight inner spaces that reinforce the font’s punchy character.
