A condensed display face built from heavy, inked silhouettes with sharp, irregular terminals and wedge-like cuts. Strokes feel carved and slightly uneven, with pointed joins, hooked spurs, and occasional inward notches that create a torn or chiseled texture. Counters are relatively tight and angular, and the overall rhythm is lively and irregular, with slight glyph-to-glyph width variation adding to the hand-wrought, distressed impression. Numerals follow the same pointed, serrated logic, staying bold and legible while retaining the rough edge detail.

Best for high-impact display settings such as posters, film or game titles, Halloween promotions, spooky event flyers, packaging accents, and branding that needs an eerie edge. It works particularly well in short headlines, logotypes, and punchy callouts where its jagged detail can carry the mood without overwhelming readability.

The letterforms project a spooky, storybook-horror tone—more theatrical and mischievous than gory—evoking haunted posters, occult ephemera, and vintage fright-night title cards. The sharp tapers and ragged edges create tension and movement, giving words a crackling, supernatural energy.

The design appears intended to deliver an immediate horror-tinged atmosphere through sharp, tapered terminals and distressed, chiseled contours while keeping the core letter skeletons recognizable for quick headline reading.

In the text sample, the texture becomes more pronounced in longer strings: the jagged terminals and tight spacing can visually darken paragraphs, making it especially suited to short bursts rather than continuous reading. The distinctive spikes and hooks create strong silhouettes that read well at larger sizes where the internal cuts can be appreciated.
