A tall, condensed serif with slender stems and gently flared, bracket-like terminals that read as soft serifs rather than slabs. Strokes stay fairly even, with subtle swelling at joins and ends that gives the outlines a slightly organic, drawn quality. Curves are narrow and upright, counters are tight, and many letters show small idiosyncrasies—like curled tails, teardrop-like terminals, and a lively, slightly uneven rhythm. The lowercase includes a single-storey a and g, a narrow, looping f, and a long-descending y, while figures are similarly slim and upright with simple, readable forms.

Best suited to display sizes where its narrow proportions and distinctive terminals can be appreciated—headlines, book and album covers, posters, and brand accents. It can also work for short editorial bursts (pull quotes, subheads, menus, packaging copy) when a whimsical, vintage-leaning voice is desired.

The overall tone is playful and characterful, with a quaint, old-time charm that feels more illustrative than strictly typographic. Its narrow proportions and quirky terminals evoke a handmade, storybook sensibility—friendly and slightly eccentric rather than formal or corporate.

The design appears intended to deliver a compact, upright serif with an illustrative twist—combining classic serif cues with quirky, hand-touched terminals to create a memorable, decorative reading texture.

The font maintains consistent verticality and spacing across the alphabet, but the intentionally irregular terminal shapes and occasional curled details add personality in running text. The condensed build makes it space-efficient while still retaining clear silhouettes, especially in capitals.
