A rough, inked text face with heavily irregular outlines and a subtly wobbly baseline rhythm. Strokes are generally monolinear but show pressure-like swelling, nicks, and small voids that mimic worn printing or a dry marker. Counters are open and slightly uneven, joins are soft, and terminals tend to look dabbed rather than sharply cut. Proportions stay broadly familiar for a simple, workmanlike sans, with occasional glyph-to-glyph variation that reinforces the hand-rendered, distressed texture.

Best suited to display settings where texture is an asset: posters, flyers, album covers, zines, and bold packaging or label work. It can also work for short pull quotes or UI accents when you want an intentionally imperfect, analog feel, but it’s most effective when given enough size and whitespace for the distressed contours to breathe.

The overall tone is gritty and tactile, evoking analog reproduction—stamped labels, photocopies, or screen-printed ephemera. It feels casual and human, with a lightly rebellious, DIY energy that reads more expressive than polished.

This design appears intended to deliver a familiar, readable skeleton while foregrounding a deliberately worn, printed-by-hand surface. The goal is to inject authenticity and grit into straightforward letterforms, making ordinary headlines feel tactile and lived-in.

The distressed texture is consistent across uppercase, lowercase, and numerals, and it becomes a defining feature at larger sizes. In longer text blocks, the speckling and uneven edges add personality but can also introduce visual noise, especially in tight spacing or small sizes.
