A hand-drawn blackletter with narrow, faceted strokes and angular terminals that feel carved rather than penned. The letterforms lean and wobble slightly, with uneven baselines and subtly inconsistent stroke edges that emphasize a sketchy, handmade construction. Counters are tight and polygonal, corners are sharp, and many joins break into small kinks or notches, creating a jittery rhythm. Capitals are compact and emblem-like, while lowercase maintains a tall, upright structure with pointed shoulders and restrained bowls; numerals follow the same chiseled, slightly distorted geometry.

Best suited for display typography where the carved, angular texture can read clearly—posters, headlines, album or game titles, themed packaging, and logo marks. It performs particularly well in short phrases, chapter headings, and splashy pull quotes where its irregular rhythm becomes an asset.

The overall tone is medieval and arcane, with a playful roughness that reads more like a folk spellbook or carved signage than formal calligraphy. Its irregularities add personality and a slightly mischievous, DIY energy, while the blackletter skeleton keeps the mood gothic and dramatic.

The design appears intended to evoke a medieval/blackletter voice while keeping the feel intentionally hand-drawn and slightly chaotic. By combining a gothic skeleton with rough, faceted outlines, it aims for a dramatic, storybook atmosphere that feels crafted and characterful rather than pristine.

Texture is a defining feature: stroke outlines look layered or double-tracked in places, producing a pseudo-engraved effect that becomes more noticeable at larger sizes. The distinctive zig-zagging diagonals and pointed terminals give strong flavor but can increase visual noise in dense settings.
