This font uses heavy, sharply cut serif forms with pronounced contrast and irregular, distressed edges. Strokes end in thorny spikes and chipped terminals, with occasional blot-like voids and notches that create a rough, ink-worn texture. The letterforms keep a largely traditional serif skeleton, but the contours are intentionally broken and uneven, producing a jittery rhythm across words. Numerals follow the same rugged treatment, mixing sturdy stems with scarred counters and distressed silhouettes.

Best suited for short, high-impact settings such as horror posters, event promos, game or film titles, album covers, and packaging where texture is an asset. It performs well when given room—larger sizes, generous tracking, and high contrast backgrounds—to let the distressed spikes and torn edges read as intentional detail.

The overall tone is sinister and stormy, evoking horror title cards, occult ephemera, and old print pulled from a haunted press. Its aggressive spikes and eroded texture feel volatile and uncanny, balancing vintage menace with a punky, vandalized edge.

The design appears intended to fuse classic serif structure with a deliberately corrupted, scratchy finish to signal danger and dread. By keeping recognizable proportions while aggressively distressing edges and terminals, it aims for immediate legibility at display sizes while projecting a haunted, adversarial personality.

In text settings, the distressed details accumulate into a strong surface texture that reads as grime or cracking ink; this gives a convincing aged effect but can reduce clarity at smaller sizes or in dense paragraphs. The jagged extenders and protruding spikes create lively silhouettes and strong word-shapes, especially in mixed-case lines.
