A decorative Latin with tall proportions and a chiseled, cut-out construction that creates consistent interior voids and notched terminals. Strokes are predominantly straight and vertical with occasional sharp diagonals, while bowls are formed with segmented curves that read as carved rather than drawn. Many glyphs include offset breaks and small slits that produce a subtle shadowed/relief impression, giving the letters a layered look. Spacing is relatively tight and the rhythm is brisk, with strong vertical emphasis and crisp edge behavior throughout the set.

Best suited to display settings such as headlines, posters, title cards, branding marks, and packaging where the hollowed construction can be appreciated. It works particularly well for projects aiming for a gothic, fantasy, or vintage-signage atmosphere, and is less ideal for small body text where the internal cut-outs may visually fill in.

The overall tone feels gothic and enigmatic, with a theatrical, old-world flavor reminiscent of engraved signage and fantasy title lettering. The hollowed details add drama and visual texture, making the face feel more ceremonial than conversational.

The design appears intended to deliver a carved, stencil-like display voice with built-in dimensionality, using systematic voids and offsets to suggest an engraved or shadowed treatment without requiring additional effects. Its narrow, vertical stance and assertive terminals prioritize impact and character over neutrality.

The cut-outs and shadow-like separations become more prominent at larger sizes, where the interior shaping reads as intentional carving rather than texture. Round forms (like O/C/G and 0/3/9) maintain a consistent segmented curvature, while diagonals (V/W/X/Y) lean into sharp, blade-like joins that reinforce the carved aesthetic.
