A compact, heavy text face with uneven, distressed outlines that look like worn ink or rough letterpress impression. Strokes are thick and mostly monoline in feel, but the contours break up with chips, nicks, and occasional blobs that create a mottled texture. Counters are relatively small and sometimes partially clogged, adding darkness and weight on the page. The forms are generally straightforward and upright, with slightly irregular widths and spacing that reinforce a handmade, imperfect rhythm.

Best suited for display settings where the distressed surface can be appreciated—posters, headlines, packaging, labels, and apparel or sticker-style graphics. It can also work for short blurbs or pull quotes when a rough, analog print texture is desired, but is less ideal for long-form reading at small sizes.

The overall tone is gritty and tactile, suggesting aged print, stamped lettering, or DIY signage. Its rough texture reads as energetic and a bit rebellious, while still staying legible enough to feel familiar and approachable. The distressed finish adds a nostalgic, lived-in character rather than a sleek or technical mood.

The design appears intended to mimic imperfect printing or stamped ink, delivering a bold, compact silhouette with deliberate wear and irregularity. Its goal is to inject texture and authenticity into typography, creating a strong, gritty voice without relying on complex ornamentation.

In running text the texture becomes a dominant feature, producing a strong color on the page and a visibly noisy baseline and edge. At smaller sizes the distressing and tight counters can reduce clarity, while at larger sizes the broken edges become an appealing graphic detail. Numerals and capitals carry the same worn treatment, giving a consistent, poster-ready presence.
