A high-contrast serif with sharp, tapered terminals and finely bracketed serifs that feel lightly flared rather than blunt. Curves are generous and smooth, with a pronounced thick–thin rhythm through bowls and S-curves, while stems remain straight and dignified. The lowercase shows a traditional book-face structure with compact, neatly finished joins and modestly narrow apertures; the italic is not shown and forms appear upright throughout. Numerals and capitals share the same polished contrast and crisp finishing, giving the design a clean, sculpted silhouette in both display and text settings.

Well-suited to long-form reading such as books and essays, as well as magazine and editorial layouts where a refined, traditional serif is expected. It also performs strongly in headlines, pull quotes, and upscale branding where its high-contrast rhythm and crisp terminals can provide a premium, cultured voice.

The overall tone is classical and editorial—poised, formal, and quietly luxurious. Its crisp contrast and delicate finishing suggest sophistication and restraint rather than friendliness or utility, lending a literary, curated feel to headings and body copy alike.

The font appears designed as a conventional text serif with an emphasis on elegance and typographic sparkle—balancing classical proportions with pronounced contrast and carefully shaped serifs for an authoritative, editorial presence.

The design’s contrast and sharp terminals create a lively sparkle in text, with distinctive calligraphic tension visible in letters like S, G, and the diagonals of V/W. In larger sizes the hairlines and fine serifs read especially elegant; in smaller settings the same details can become visually delicate, making spacing and size choice important.
