This serif typeface shows pronounced thick–thin modulation with a vertical axis and very fine, tapering serifs. Strokes end in crisp, slightly bracketed terminals, and curves are drawn with smooth, controlled tension that keeps counters open and round. Proportions feel traditional and balanced, with moderately tall capitals, compact lowercase, and a calm reading rhythm; the numerals and capitals maintain a consistent, formal structure with clear alignment and even spacing.

It works well for editorial typography—magazines, long-form articles, and book typography—where a classic serif voice is desired. The refined contrast and sharp serifs also suit large-size applications like headlines, pull quotes, fashion or cultural branding, and formal print materials such as invitations or programs.

The overall tone is polished and classical, projecting editorial sophistication rather than friendliness or play. Its high-contrast detailing and delicate finishing lend a sense of luxury and formality, suitable for content that wants to feel established and carefully crafted.

The design appears intended to deliver a timeless, conventional serif reading experience with elevated refinement through high-contrast drawing and delicate serif treatment. It prioritizes composure and clarity in traditional proportions while adding a premium, fashion-editorial finish in larger sizes.

At larger sizes the hairline details and sharp joins read especially clean and stylish, while in smaller settings the strong contrast can become more delicate, emphasizing the importance of comfortable size and reproduction quality. The italic is not shown, and the displayed roman forms favor restrained, conventional lettershapes over overt personality.
