A heavy, right-leaning slab serif with broad proportions and compact internal counters. Strokes are thick and fairly uniform, with flat, square-cut slab endings that give the forms a blocky silhouette. The italic is built as a true slanted construction rather than a simple shear, with sturdy diagonals and tight joins that keep color dense in text. Lowercase shapes are robust and slightly compressed in their apertures, while figures and capitals maintain a strong, poster-like presence with minimal delicate detailing.

Best suited to display typography where weight and slanted emphasis are desirable: posters, event graphics, sports and collegiate-style branding, product packaging, and bold UI or editorial headlines. It also works well for short subheads, pull quotes, and labeling where a compact, high-impact texture is an advantage.

The overall tone is forceful and energetic, with a confident, sporty swagger. Its chunky slabs and forward slant suggest movement and impact, evoking vintage athletic branding, workwear labels, and bold editorial callouts. The texture feels loud and direct rather than refined, prioritizing punch and presence.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold italic slab voice that remains legible and stable at large sizes while projecting speed and toughness. Its square slabs and dense construction emphasize durability and impact over finesse, aiming for immediate attention in branding and headline contexts.

In paragraph settings the letterfit reads tight and the dark color holds together, producing a strong horizontal rhythm. The square-ended slabs and firm terminals keep edges crisp at display sizes, while the dense counters can make longer passages feel heavy if used at small sizes or with insufficient leading.
