A roughened, serif-leaning display face with heavily irregular, torn-looking outlines and blunted terminals. Strokes carry a consistently distressed texture, as if ink has bled and chipped at the edges, creating small notches, bumps, and occasional gaps along stems and curves. Letterforms are generally upright with sturdy proportions, while counters stay fairly open despite the erosion effect. The overall rhythm is uneven in a deliberate way, with subtle per-glyph width variation and a hand-worn consistency across caps, lowercase, and numerals.

Best suited to short, high-impact settings such as horror or thriller titles, game branding and UI headers, album/film posters, and moody book covers. It also works for themed packaging and event materials where an aged or sinister voice is desired, while longer passages are better reserved for larger sizes where the texture can breathe.

The font conveys a dark, aged tone—suggesting old print, weathered signage, and horror or gothic atmosphere. Its battered contours feel tactile and handmade, adding tension and grit rather than polish. The distressed treatment reads as intentional decay, giving text a dramatic, uneasy character.

The design appears intended to mimic degraded printing or worn carving—combining classic, serif-influenced structures with aggressive edge damage to produce an antique-but-unsettling display voice. The consistent erosion across the set suggests a controlled distress effect meant for atmospheric typography rather than neutral reading.

In running text, the texture remains prominent and can visually thicken at smaller sizes, so the distressed edges become a key part of the color of the line. Numerals echo the same eroded silhouette, maintaining the theme across alphanumerics.
