A sharply irregular display face with heavy, high-contrast strokes that flare and taper like quick brush cuts. Terminals are ragged and spiked, with frequent notches and torn-looking edges that create a distressed silhouette. Counters are generally open and simple, while curves (C, G, O) show uneven thickness and occasional bite-like breaks. Widths vary noticeably from glyph to glyph, giving the alphabet a restless rhythm; forms stay mostly upright with a slightly jittery baseline feel in text.

Best suited for short, high-impact text such as horror titles, poster headlines, game menus, streaming thumbnails, and event promos where a gritty texture is an asset. It can work for punchy subheads or pull quotes when set large with extra spacing, but the busy edges make it less appropriate for long passages or small UI copy.

The font projects an ominous, unruly tone—like scratch marks, ritual ink, or slashed signage—without becoming unreadable. Its aggressive terminals and uneven stroke energy suggest tension, danger, and campy suspense, landing squarely in a horror-forward aesthetic suited to dramatic atmosphere.

The design appears intended to mimic hand-made, slashed brush lettering with distressed edges to create instant tension and theatrical darkness. By keeping familiar letter skeletons while roughening contours and terminals, it balances readability with an unmistakably eerie, aggressive character.

Uppercase letters read as bold headline shapes with exaggerated clawed terminals, while lowercase keeps the same torn-brush vocabulary and remains legible at display sizes. Numerals share the same distressed cuts and slanted spur details, helping set consistent texture across mixed content. The texture is visually active, so it benefits from generous tracking and clear contrast against the background.
