A condensed display serif with strongly vertical construction and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Stems are weighty and straight, while the connecting strokes and inner counters pinch into razor-thin channels, creating a stenciled, cut-in feel. Serifs are sharp and minimal, often appearing as fine hairlines or pointed beaks rather than broad slabs, and many terminals show small notches and wedge-like transitions. The overall rhythm is tall and tightly spaced, with compact apertures and crisp, high-contrast detailing that reads as sculpted and graphic.

Best suited to large-size applications where its fine hairlines and interior cuts can stay crisp—headlines, posters, editorial titles, and brand marks. It can also work for premium packaging and event materials when used with generous tracking and plenty of contrast against the background. For longer passages, it performs best as short bursts of text (subheads, pull quotes) rather than continuous reading.

The font conveys a dramatic, fashion-forward tone with a hint of vintage poster and noir aesthetics. Its stark contrast and narrow proportions feel assertive and ceremonial, suggesting prestige and stage presence rather than everyday neutrality. The cut-in details add tension and intrigue, giving headlines a crafted, slightly mysterious character.

The design appears intended as a high-impact display serif that maximizes contrast and verticality for attention-grabbing typography. The narrow set and sculpted cut-ins prioritize distinctive texture and a memorable silhouette, aiming for an upscale, dramatic voice in headline contexts.

In the sample text, the dense vertical strokes create strong word-shapes and striking black/white patterning, but the very fine internal joins and narrow counters can visually fill in at smaller sizes. Numerals and punctuation match the same condensed, high-contrast logic, keeping a consistent, tightly tailored texture across lines.
