A decorative serif with tall, narrow proportions and sharp contrast between hairlines and stems. Most capitals and many lowercase forms are built from crisp verticals with flared, calligraphic terminals, while select letters introduce long swashes and curled entry/exit strokes. An inline cut runs through the heavier strokes, creating a carved, engraved look and adding texture without turning the forms into outlines. Spacing is moderately open for a display face, with a slightly irregular rhythm driven by varying swash lengths and alternating straight and curvilinear construction.

Well suited to display settings such as headlines, mastheads, logos, and boutique branding, where the inline carving and contrast can be appreciated. It also fits packaging, certificates, wedding/event invitations, and poster work that benefits from a vintage engraved mood. For best clarity, use at larger sizes or with generous tracking in longer lines.

The overall tone feels refined and ornamental, evoking vintage show cards, fashion headings, and invitation typography. The inline detailing and high-contrast stroke logic add a sense of polish and ceremony, while the occasional flourishes bring a touch of romance and drama.

The design appears intended as an ornamental display serif that combines an engraved inline effect with calligraphic, occasionally swashed forms. Its narrow stance and strong verticals aim to deliver a graceful, high-impact presence while maintaining a consistent decorative theme across letters and figures.

The numerals follow the same engraved inline treatment and contrast, with especially decorative curves on figures like 2, 3, 8, and 9. In mixed-case text, the pronounced vertical stress and occasional swash terminals can create lively word shapes, but the decorative detailing suggests it will read best when given room to breathe.
