Letterforms are built from smooth, continuous curves with frequent entry and exit strokes that curl into gentle swashes, giving many capitals prominent top strokes and looping descenders. Counters are relatively small and the lowercase is compact, with a noticeably low x-height and tall ascenders/descenders that create a lively vertical rhythm.
