A high-contrast serif with crisp hairlines and weighty vertical stems, producing a pronounced thick–thin rhythm. Serifs are bracketed and sharply tapered, with triangular wedge-like entry and exit strokes that give counters and joins a sculpted, faceted feel. The overall fit is on the wider side with noticeable glyph-to-glyph width variation, and the caps read stately and evenly paced. Lowercase forms keep a conventional structure but show distinctive stroke modulation and angled terminals; the two-storey a and g, and the delicate, slightly calligraphic t, reinforce an editorial text-serif character. Numerals are similarly high-contrast, with sturdy main strokes and fine connecting hairlines that remain crisp at display sizes.

Best suited to headlines, magazine typography, and brand identities where sharp contrast and refined serifs can be seen clearly. It can work for short text in pull quotes or introductions, but its strongest performance is in larger sizes for editorial spreads, posters, and elegant packaging or campaign graphics.

The font conveys a polished, high-end tone—classic and authoritative, with a fashion/editorial edge. Its dramatic contrast and sharp terminals feel formal and confident, suggesting heritage print culture while still reading clean and contemporary in large sizes.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a classic text serif optimized for impactful display use: wide, confident proportions paired with dramatic contrast and carefully cut serifs for a premium, editorial presence.

Round letters (C, O, Q) show a strong stress with thin horizontals and heavier verticals, while diagonals (V, W, X, Y) stay crisp and angular without softening the joins. The design maintains a consistent contrast logic across capitals, lowercase, and figures, giving it a cohesive, premium look that favors display and headline settings.
