A heavy display face with compact proportions and irregular, torn-looking contours. The letterforms read as blocky serifed shapes whose corners break into small spikes and rough notches, giving edges a distressed, ink-bitten silhouette. Strokes are largely monoline in feel with only modest thick–thin variation, and terminals often end in sharp wedges or chipped points. Counters stay fairly open for a horror-styled design, while details like the star-like dots on i/j and the jagged bite marks create a lively, uneven rhythm across text.

Best suited for short display settings such as posters, titles, packaging, and seasonal or spooky event graphics where the distressed edge detail can be appreciated. It also works for game UI headings, chapter cards, or merch marks that need a bold, ominous voice; for long text, the dense texture may become visually busy at small sizes.

The overall tone is eerie and theatrical rather than subtle—suggesting haunted-house signage, pulp horror titles, and Halloween ephemera. The spiky breaks and ragged edges add menace and grime, while the consistent, chunky structure keeps it readable and poster-friendly.

The design appears intended to blend sturdy, old-style serif/blackletter cues with a deliberately damaged outline, creating a readable display face that still feels threatening and gritty. Its consistent spiking and chipped terminals aim to deliver instant atmosphere while preserving strong word shapes.

The texture is distributed throughout the alphabet rather than isolated to a few glyphs, so words maintain a consistent distressed color. Numerals match the same chipped, pointed treatment and feel suited to the same headline contexts.
