A high-contrast italic serif with a pronounced thick–thin modulation and a clear vertical stress. The heavy main strokes are paired with extremely fine hairlines and delicate, sharply cut serifs that often feel like tapered flicks rather than fully bracketed feet. Proportions run on the broad side with generous counters, while the italic construction introduces energetic entry and exit strokes and occasional calligraphic swell. Curves frequently finish in teardrop-like terminals, and several letters show subtly swashy inflections, giving the set a lively, sculpted rhythm in text.

Well suited to display typography such as magazine headlines, pull quotes, mastheads, and brand marks where high contrast and italic motion are desirable. It can also work for short, high-impact subheads or invitations/packaging copy when set at sizes that preserve the fine hairlines.

The overall tone is elegant and theatrical, with a polished, high-fashion sensibility. Its sharp hairlines and assertive thick strokes create a sense of drama and refinement that reads as premium and editorial rather than utilitarian.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a Didone-like, high-contrast italic: combining crisp hairlines, strong verticals, and stylish terminals to produce an expressive, premium voice for display-led typography.

In the sample text the hairlines become especially delicate at joins and in interior details, so the design reads best when allowed enough size or print quality for those fine strokes to stay intact. Spacing appears open and confident, supporting headline settings where the italic slant and contrast can lead the eye across a line.
