A high-contrast serif with sculpted, calligraphic modulation and crisp, pointed terminals. Serifs are finely bracketed and often sharpen into wedge-like spurs, giving strokes a chiseled, engraved feel. The capitals are stately with sharp apexes and clean vertical stress, while the lowercase shows a strong thick–thin rhythm with slightly compact counters and pronounced joins. Curves are taut and controlled (notably in round letters and numerals), producing an overall refined, high-impact texture in text and display settings.

Well-suited to headlines, magazine and book covers, pull quotes, and other editorial typography where strong contrast and crisp serifs can carry a page. It can also support premium branding and packaging, especially where a classic serif voice is desired with added visual drama.

The font reads as confident and polished, with a fashion/editorial edge and a slightly theatrical punch. Its sharp details and strong contrast suggest prestige and formality, while the lively serif shapes add character and energy.

The letterforms appear designed to deliver a conventional serif foundation with elevated contrast and sharper, more expressive terminals—aimed at producing a refined, high-end impression and strong presence in display and editorial use.

The design’s contrast and pointed detailing make it especially striking at larger sizes, where the hairlines and spurs remain legible as intentional features rather than incidental artifacts. Numerals match the letterforms’ dramatic thick–thin pattern, keeping typographic color consistent across mixed text and figures.
