This typeface is a sharp, broken-stroke blackletter with tall, compact proportions and a tightly controlled vertical rhythm. Stems are straight and rigid, with faceted joins and pointed terminals that create a chiseled, blade-like silhouette. Counters are narrow and mostly enclosed by straight-sided forms, while diagonals appear as crisp, angled cuts rather than flowing curves. Weight is concentrated in vertical strokes with clear internal cut-ins and notches that reinforce the fractured texture typical of gothic letterforms, producing a dark, continuous typographic color in text.

Best suited to headlines, posters, branding marks, and short textual statements where a gothic texture is desirable. It can also work for packaging, labels, or event promotions that aim for a medieval, ritual, or heavy-metal-adjacent atmosphere, especially at larger sizes where the interior cuts and angles remain clear.

The overall tone is formal and austere, evoking historical manuscripts, heraldic inscriptions, and ceremonial signage. Its hard angles and dense texture communicate authority and tradition, with an intentionally dramatic, old-world presence rather than a casual or friendly voice.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic blackletter voice with disciplined geometry and high visual impact. By emphasizing broken strokes, pointed terminals, and compact proportions, it aims to create strong texture and immediate stylistic association in display use.

In running text, the repeated verticals create strong patterning and a pronounced “wall of type” effect; spacing and rhythm feel compact and architectural. The numerals and capitals maintain the same faceted construction, helping headings and short statements read as cohesive blocks with distinctive, period-leaning character.
