A decorative serif with sharp, calligraphic terminals and a pronounced thick–thin rhythm. The capitals are highly stylized, mixing narrow vertical structures with irregular inner cut-ins and inline-like channels that create a carved, hollowed feel; several forms show drip-like descenders or ragged interior edges. Lowercase and figures are comparatively restrained and more text-like, with crisp serifs, compact bowls, and a modest, compact x-height that keeps the texture tight. Overall spacing reads uneven by design, with capitals commanding attention while the lowercase maintains a steadier baseline and cadence.

Best suited to display applications where the ornate uppercase can be featured—posters, title sequences, event promos, and packaging. Mixed-case setting works well for short bursts of copy (taglines, pull quotes) where the restrained lowercase supports readability while the capitals provide thematic punch.

The font projects a dark, dramatic tone—part gothic signage, part engraved spellbook. Its jagged inlines and distressed-looking details add menace and spectacle, while the simpler lowercase keeps the mood legible rather than purely ornamental.

Likely designed as a characterful display face that combines classic serif structure with carved inline details and distressed, dripping gestures to evoke gothic and horror-adjacent aesthetics. The restrained lowercase and figures suggest an intent to keep the font usable for short text while reserving maximum personality for the capitals.

Visual contrast between exuberant capitals and calmer lowercase is a defining trait; headings can look intentionally eclectic if many capitals are used in sequence. The inline/hollow treatment appears most prominent in the uppercase, giving initial letters a drop-cap-like presence in mixed-case settings.
