A refined serif with extreme thick–thin modulation and crisp, hairline serifs, built around a distinctive inline cut that runs through many strokes. Capitals feel stately and measured, with tall verticals, taut curves, and a clean, upright stance. The inline carving creates a layered, engraved effect on bowls and stems, while counters remain open and well-shaped. Lowercase mixes classical proportions with decorative moments—noticeable on letters like a, g, and y—balancing elegant structure with graphic detail. Numerals continue the same contrast and inline treatment, reading as display figures rather than text staples.

Best suited to display settings where the inline carving can be appreciated: headlines, magazine and editorial titling, luxury brand marks, invites, and premium packaging. It can also work for short pull quotes or section openers, but is less suited to dense reading copy where the fine detailing may compete with legibility.

The overall tone is polished and high-fashion, evoking magazine mastheads, couture branding, and upscale packaging. The inline detail adds a sense of spectacle—part engraving, part spotlight—making the face feel ceremonial and attention-seeking rather than quiet or utilitarian.

The design appears intended to reinterpret a classic high-contrast serif through an ornamental inline cut, adding dimensionality and a bespoke, engraved character while keeping the underlying letterforms disciplined and traditionally serifed.

At larger sizes the inner cut line becomes the defining texture, producing a shimmering rhythm across words; at smaller sizes that detail may visually fill in and reduce clarity. Round letters (O, Q, G) showcase the strongest interplay between heavy outer strokes and the internal line, giving headings a distinctive, crafted finish.
