An italic serif with an oldstyle, calligraphic skeleton and gently flared stroke endings that read as soft, bracketed serifs rather than sharp terminals. Strokes show moderate contrast with a clear diagonal stress, and curves are full and slightly asymmetrical, giving the face a lively, handwritten rhythm. Capitals are narrow and slanted with clean, tapering entry/exit strokes; round letters (C, G, O, Q) are open and smooth, while diagonals (V, W, X, Y) feel crisp and energetic. Lowercase forms are compact and fluid, with a single-storey a and g, a long, sweeping f, and a distinct italic y with a looping descender; numerals follow the same slanted, calligraphic logic with elegant curves and tapered joints.

Well-suited to long-form reading such as book interiors, essays, and magazine features where an elegant italic voice is desired. It also works effectively for refined branding, pull quotes, packaging copy, and invitations—contexts that benefit from classic, calligraphic sophistication without excessive ornament.

The overall tone is bookish and cultivated, balancing formality with a human, handwritten warmth. It evokes traditional printing and editorial typography while remaining approachable and expressive, suitable for text that aims to feel thoughtful, tasteful, and slightly romantic.

The font appears designed to provide a traditional italic companion style with a distinctly calligraphic, flared-serif finish—prioritizing graceful movement, readable word shapes, and a cultivated print sensibility.

The design maintains a consistent rightward inclination and a steady italic cadence across letters and figures, with smooth joins and tapered stroke endings that keep word shapes airy. Spacing appears comfortable in the text sample, supporting continuous reading while preserving a refined, editorial texture.
