A high-contrast serif with a strongly vertical axis, pairing thick vertical strokes with very fine hairlines. Serifs are sharp and delicate with minimal bracketing, and terminals tend toward tapered, knife-like finishes. Capitals feel tall and stately with clean proportions, while the lowercase shows compact, controlled forms and clear calligraphic modulation. The overall texture is crisp and luminous at display sizes, with pronounced thick–thin rhythm and carefully tapered joins in letters like a, g, and y.

Best suited to large sizes where the hairlines and tapered serifs can remain intact—magazine mastheads, editorial headlines, luxury branding, and premium packaging. It can also work for short subheads and pull quotes when reproduced with sufficient resolution and contrast. For dense text or small sizes, it benefits from generous sizing and careful production to preserve the fine details.

The font conveys a polished, upscale tone—dramatic and poised rather than casual. Its pronounced contrast and fine detailing suggest a sense of luxury and precision, aligning with fashion-led and cultural editorial aesthetics. The mood is confident and formal, with a classic, contemporary sheen.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern Didone-like elegance: extreme contrast, vertical poise, and crisp detailing aimed at high-impact display typography. Its controlled proportions and consistent modulation prioritize sophistication and visual drama over utilitarian robustness.

Curves and bowls are smooth and taut, and the thin strokes become extremely light in interior joins and cross-strokes, creating a sparkling, high-definition look. Figures follow the same contrast logic, and punctuation appears clean and understated, supporting refined typography without adding ornament.
