A conventional serif design with pronounced thick–thin modulation and sharply cut, bracketed wedge serifs. Capitals are broad and steady with crisp joins and slightly flared terminals, while the lowercase shows a compact, bookish structure with sturdy verticals and rounded bowls. Curves are smooth and sculpted, with pointed apexes and crisp spur details that keep counters open in text. Numerals follow the same high-contrast rhythm, reading clearly at display sizes with a classic, old-style influence in their shaping.

Well suited to headlines, deck copy, and magazine typography where crisp contrast and a classic serif presence are desirable. It can also support book covers and title treatments, as well as branding that wants a traditional, authoritative tone.

The overall tone is traditional and editorial, conveying authority and a composed, literary voice. Its sharp serifs and confident contrast add a formal, slightly dramatic flavor suited to established institutions and print-minded aesthetics.

The design appears intended as a conventional text serif with heightened contrast and a confident, print-centric personality, balancing readability with a strong display presence for editorial and publishing contexts.

In text settings the rhythm feels compact and dense, with clear word shapes and strong vertical emphasis. The punctuation and diacritic dots appear weighty and visually assertive, supporting a bold, headline-friendly texture without losing serif refinement.
