A jagged, calligraphy-driven display face with a strong rightward slant and visibly roughened, ink-brushed contours. Strokes taper sharply into hairline points and flare into heavier terminals, creating lively modulation and occasional splatter-like protrusions. Letterforms are tall and condensed with irregular widths and a slightly wavering baseline rhythm; counters stay relatively open, while many terminals hook, curl, or flick upward for a barbed silhouette. Capitals carry the strongest personality with decorative swashes and angular joins, while the lowercase remains compact and delicate with very small x-height and long, thin ascenders/descenders.

Best suited to short display settings where its texture and sharp terminal details can be appreciated—titles, headings, and logo-style wordmarks. It works particularly well for fantasy and historical themes on book covers, game/film titling, posters, and characterful packaging or labels, but will feel busy at small sizes in continuous text.

The overall tone feels archaic and theatrical, like a weathered manuscript or a storybook spell written with a worn pen. Its thorny edges and quirky curls suggest folklore, mystery, and a touch of menace, balancing elegance with deliberate imperfection.

The design appears intended to emulate expressive pen lettering with an aged, distressed finish—combining manuscript-like calligraphy with purposeful roughness for dramatic, theme-forward typography.

Texture reads consistently “printed-from-hand” rather than clean vector: edges are uneven, stroke thickness varies within single letters, and some curves show slight wobble that enhances the distressed, handmade impression. Numerals follow the same calligraphic logic, with narrow bodies and pointed terminals that keep them visually cohesive with the letters.
