A heavy, block-built display face with squared proportions and consistent chamfered corners that replace curves with flat facets. Strokes are uniform and compact, producing tight counters and a sturdy, poster-like silhouette. Uppercase forms read as geometric and rectilinear, while the lowercase keeps the same faceted logic with simplified bowls and squared terminals; the single-storey a and compact e reinforce the utilitarian construction. Numerals are similarly octagonal and solid, with the 0 and 8 showing inset counters that stay crisp at large sizes.

Best suited to display settings where bold, high-impact shapes are needed: sports identities, team or event graphics, apparel marks, packaging, and large-format signage. It also works well for short UI labels or badges when set with generous size and spacing to preserve interior clarity.

The faceted geometry and dense weight convey strength and decisiveness, evoking athletic lettering, equipment labeling, and hard-surfaced industrial graphics. Its sharp corners and compact spacing give it a no-nonsense, competitive tone with a slightly vintage, uniform-like feel.

The design appears intended to translate the visual language of cut metal, athletic jersey lettering, and hard-edged signage into a consistent typographic system. By using planar facets in place of curves, it aims for maximum punch, easy recognition, and a rugged, engineered character.

Diagonal cuts appear consistently across corners, creating an “octagon” rhythm that keeps letterforms recognizable even where curves would normally soften them. The design prioritizes silhouette and impact over delicate detail, so interiors can close up as sizes get smaller.
