This typeface uses a sharply angular, faceted construction with straight-sided bowls and corners that feel cut rather than drawn. Strokes are largely even in thickness, but terminals resolve into small wedge-like serif forms and pointed spurs, giving a chiseled, blackletter-adjacent silhouette without dense texture. Curves are minimized into octagonal or squared-off shapes (notably in O/C/G and the numerals), and many joins end in crisp triangular points. Capitals are tall and commanding with relatively tight interior counters, while the lowercase keeps a compact, upright structure with distinctive hooked or notched terminals and a single-storey a.

Best suited to display roles such as headlines, titling, posters, and cover typography where its carved details can read clearly. It also fits brand marks, labels, and packaging that aim for a traditional, heraldic, or fantasy-inflected atmosphere; for long passages, it will perform better at larger sizes with generous spacing.

The overall tone is ceremonial and old-world, evoking signage, crests, and storybook medieval settings. Its sharp serifs and carved geometry create a firm, authoritative voice with a slightly ominous, fantasy-leaning edge.

The letterforms appear designed to translate a stone-cut or engraved aesthetic into a consistent text family, balancing ornamental, pointed serif details with disciplined geometry for strong word shapes in display settings.

The design maintains consistent, disciplined rhythm across the set, but the pointed terminals and tight apertures make the texture feel more intense as size decreases. Numerals match the same squared, chamfered logic, helping headings and date-setting feel cohesive.
