This typeface uses heavy, irregular strokes with aggressively roughened edges, creating a torn-paper or distressed-ink silhouette. Letterforms lean with a forward slant and show chiseled terminals, notches, and bite-like cut-ins that vary from glyph to glyph. Curves are lumpy and uneven, counters are compact and sometimes pinched, and the overall rhythm is intentionally unstable, with slight shifts in width and texture that keep the texture lively in text.

Best suited to display settings where texture is a feature: horror and Halloween promotions, thriller title cards, game or event branding, album/playlist covers, and attention-grabbing headlines. It can also work for short bursts of body copy in themed materials, especially when large enough for the ragged detailing to remain legible.

The distressed, clawed outlines and jittery texture give the font a dark, unsettling tone that feels noisy and suspenseful. It reads as handmade and gritty rather than polished, evoking horror ephemera, cursed signage, and late-night creature-feature title cards.

The design appears intended to deliver immediate horror atmosphere through a deliberately degraded, jagged outline and a forward-leaning, urgent stance. By keeping the core letter skeleton familiar while roughening every contour, it aims to stay readable at headline sizes while projecting a distressed, ominous character.

In the sample text, the rough contouring remains prominent and produces a strong black texture across lines, with occasional speckled voids and jagged shoulders that add visual chatter. The numerals follow the same distressed construction, maintaining stylistic continuity for titles and short numeric callouts.
