This serif shows pronounced thick–thin modulation with narrow, upright proportions and a crisp, sharply finished silhouette. Stems and joins subtly taper and flare into bracketed serifs rather than ending abruptly, giving the shapes a sculpted, ink-trace feel. Counters are relatively open for the width, with smooth, controlled curves (notably in C, O, and e) and a steady baseline rhythm. Lowercase forms are compact and traditional, with a two-storey a, a looping g, and a slightly calligraphic flow through the diagonals and terminals; figures follow the same high-contrast, elegant construction.

It performs best in headlines, subheads, and other editorial display roles where its contrast and flared finishing can shine. It can also support refined branding—especially for culture, fashion, or publishing—when used at moderate to large sizes where the thin strokes remain clearly rendered.

The overall tone is polished and editorial, mixing classical bookish authority with a touch of theatrical contrast. It reads as sophisticated and formal without feeling overly ornate, suitable for conveying heritage, seriousness, and cultivated taste.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a classic high-contrast serif, using tapered, flaring stroke endings to add warmth and motion while keeping the structure disciplined and legible. It aims to balance elegance with readability for editorial typography and premium identity work.

Uppercase letters have a stately presence with long, tapered verticals and confident diagonals, while the lowercase maintains a tight, text-ready color that stays lively due to the strong contrast. Numerals appear proportionally aligned with the caps and carry distinctive, curved terminals that add personality in display settings.
