A very heavy, high-contrast serif with pronounced wedge-like, bracketed serifs and a distinctly sculpted, chiseled silhouette. Strokes show strong thick–thin modulation with crisp joins and occasional sharp, triangular notches that read like ink-trap cut-ins at interior corners. Counters are relatively compact for the weight, with sturdy verticals and broad, confident curves; spacing feels deliberate and slightly tight, emphasizing a dense typographic color. The lowercase follows traditional, text-oriented forms with a two-storey “a” and “g,” while figures are similarly weighty and built for strong presence.

Best suited to headlines, display typography, and editorial settings where a strong, classic serif voice is needed.
