A high‑contrast serif with pronounced vertical stress, thick main stems, and extremely fine hairlines. Serifs are sharp and mostly unbracketed, giving terminals a crisp, cut-paper finish. Bowls and rounds are drawn with taut geometry and generous interior space, while joins and transitions snap quickly from heavy to hairline, creating a distinctly rhythmic sparkle. The lowercase shows comparatively delicate shoulders and arcs, with a slightly calligraphic, display-minded construction; figures follow the same contrast logic, mixing bold verticals with threadlike curves.

Best suited to large-scale applications such as magazine titles, editorial pull quotes, and premium branding where its contrast and hairlines can be appreciated. It also works well for fashion, beauty, and luxury packaging, as well as elegant event materials and high-impact posters where a refined serif voice is desired.

The overall tone is elegant and dramatic, with a couture, magazine-like polish. Its bright hairlines and sculpted forms feel refined and formal, projecting luxury and sophistication while retaining a contemporary, high-fashion edge.

The design appears intended to deliver a modernized, high-contrast serif voice that emphasizes verticality, sharp detailing, and a polished display presence. Its construction prioritizes visual drama and refined rhythm for standout typography rather than utilitarian, small-size reading.

At smaller sizes the hairlines and thin cross-strokes will visually recede compared to the heavy verticals, so spacing and background contrast become important. The design’s sharp serifs and intense stroke modulation create a lively texture in headlines, but can look delicate when used in long, dense blocks of text.
