This is a sharply contrasted, right-leaning serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and crisp hairline serifs. Letterforms are wide and display-driven, with vertical stems carrying most of the weight and tapered, blade-like terminals that often finish in small teardrop or ball details. Curves are smooth but sculpted, giving bowls and joins a carved, high-contrast look; counters tend to be relatively tight, enhancing the dense, inky silhouette at large sizes. Uppercase shapes read stately and slightly condensed internally despite overall width, while the lowercase introduces more calligraphic motion with swashy entries and exits on letters like a, f, g, and y.

Best used for headlines, editorial titling, fashion and beauty layouts, and high-impact brand moments where strong contrast and flourish are assets. It will also work well for packaging and event collateral that benefits from a luxurious, dramatic voice. For longer passages, it is likely most comfortable at larger sizes where the fine hairlines and compact counters can remain clear.

The overall tone is couture and theatrical—confident, glamorous, and intentionally attention-grabbing. The combination of extreme contrast and italic motion adds a sense of speed and elegance, while the occasional ball terminals and swashy details bring a hint of whimsy. It feels suited to sophisticated, high-impact typography rather than quiet, utilitarian text.

The design appears intended to reinterpret high-contrast display serif conventions through an italic, calligraphic lens, prioritizing expressive rhythm and striking silhouette. Its wide proportions and sharp finishing details suggest a focus on memorable wordmarks and attention-commanding titles.

In the sample text, the dense joins and tight apertures make word shapes bold and compact, and the sharp hairlines create a sparkling texture when set large. The numeral set matches the same sculpted contrast and italic slant, with distinctive, ornamental curves on figures like 2, 3, 5, and 9.
