A heavy slab-serif with broad proportions, thick stems, and prominent rectangular serifs that read as bracketed and slightly softened at the joins. Curves are generously rounded (notably in C, G, O, Q, and the lowercase bowls), while terminals and serifs stay blunt and blocklike, giving a strong, grounded silhouette. Counters are relatively tight for the weight, and the lowercase shows a large x-height with compact ascenders, creating a dense, punchy texture in text. Overall rhythm is steady and upright, with a confident, uniform presence that favors impact over delicacy.

Best suited to headlines and display settings where mass and clarity matter—posters, storefront or wayfinding signage, sports and collegiate branding, and bold packaging labels. It can work for short, emphatic text blocks when spaced comfortably, but its dense color makes it less ideal for long-form reading at smaller sizes.

The font projects a sturdy, no-nonsense tone with a friendly edge—evoking collegiate signage, old-timey poster slabs, and Western-inspired display lettering. Its heft and chunky serifs feel assertive and dependable, while the rounded curves keep it approachable and slightly playful.

The design appears intended to deliver high-impact, slab-serif character with a classic poster sensibility: big forms, sturdy serifs, and rounded curves that keep the tone energetic rather than severe. It prioritizes immediate legibility and strong silhouette for attention-grabbing typography.

The numerals are similarly weighty and simplified, designed to hold together at large sizes. In paragraphs, the bold color and tight internal space produce a strong typographic “wall,” making it most comfortable when given generous leading or used in shorter bursts of text.
