A highly calligraphic italic serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and hairline joins. Letterforms are built from sweeping, pen-like strokes with teardrop terminals and small, curling entry/exit swashes that read as serifs in motion rather than rigid feet. Capitals are tall and slightly narrow with graceful curves and occasional flourish-like hooks, while the lowercase is compact with a noticeably low x-height and long, fluid ascenders/descenders. Counters stay open and clean, and the overall rhythm is lively, with stroke contrast and terminals doing most of the decorative work rather than added ornament.

Best suited for display and short-form typography where its contrast and flourished terminals can be appreciated: invitations, certificates, luxury branding, cover titling, and pull quotes. It can work for larger-size editorial settings, especially for emphasis or headings, where the compact lowercase and lively italic rhythm add sophistication without heavy ornament.

The font conveys a polished, old-world elegance—suited to cultured, ceremonial, and editorial tones. Its flowing italic posture and delicate terminals suggest formality and refinement, with a subtle romantic, handwritten sensibility rather than a purely mechanical typographic feel.

The design appears intended to evoke a traditional, pen-influenced italic with a refined, high-fashion finish. It prioritizes graceful movement, sharp contrast, and distinctive terminals to create an elevated, classic voice for prominent typographic moments.

Numerals and punctuation follow the same hairline-and-swelling contrast, giving figures a dressy, text-facing presence rather than a utilitarian one. The thin horizontals and sharp curves create a crisp sparkle on the line, but the expressive terminals and swashy joins make it feel more bespoke than standard text italics.
