A compact, heavy display face with condensed proportions and a strongly textured silhouette. Strokes are chunky and mostly monolinear in feel, but their edges are aggressively roughened, creating torn and ink-worn contours with occasional nicks and bite marks into counters. Terminals appear abrupt and blocky, and many joins look slightly irregular, suggesting degraded printing or hand-cut forms rather than clean geometry. Overall spacing is tight and the rhythm is lively, with small width fluctuations from letter to letter that enhance the distressed, handmade impression.

Best suited to short, high-impact settings such as posters, album/playlist artwork, gig flyers, game or film titles, and bold packaging labels where texture is desired. It can also work for badges, stickers, and social graphics, especially when paired with a clean sans or serif for supporting copy.

The font projects a gritty, weathered tone that reads as underground, lo-fi, and confrontational. Its rough texture evokes aged posters, worn labels, and photocopied flyers, bringing an immediate sense of imperfection and attitude. The mood can swing from vintage-industrial to horror-adjacent depending on context and color.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold headline voice with deliberate degradation, simulating rough printing, aging, or abrasion. Its condensed stance and heavy weight prioritize punch and presence while the irregular texture adds character and narrative.

At text sizes the distressed edge treatment becomes the dominant feature, so clarity depends on generous size and contrast. The numerals and capitals maintain the same eroded texture, keeping a consistent “printed through wear” look across the set.
