This typeface is a high-contrast serif with pronounced flared endings and wedge-like serifs that read as sharp, sculpted cuts rather than bracketed slabs. Strokes show a strong thick–thin rhythm with crisp joins and pointed interior corners, producing subtle ink-trap-like notches in several letters. The bowls and counters are relatively tight, and many curves terminate in teardrop/ball-like forms (notably in letters such as a, c, e, and s), giving the design a distinct, carved feel. Proportions skew toward sturdy capitals with compact lowercase forms and a firm, upright stance, resulting in a dense, punchy text color at display sizes.

Best suited to headlines, deck copy, and short passages where its contrast and sculpted terminals can be appreciated. It works well for branding systems, fashion or culture editorial design, premium packaging, and poster work where a confident, high-impact serif is needed.

The overall tone is commanding and editorial, with a fashion-magazine sharpness and a hint of vintage signage. Its crisp contrast and dramatic terminals create a refined, high-impact voice that feels luxurious and slightly theatrical rather than casual.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern, high-fashion serif voice by combining classical contrast with flared, chiseled endings and distinctive teardrop terminals. The result prioritizes presence and personality in display settings while retaining enough structure to function in larger text at generous sizes.

The numerals follow the same high-contrast logic, with strong verticals and delicate connecting strokes; several figures show angular cuts and small interior notches that reinforce the engraved aesthetic. In continuous text, the bold presence and tight counters emphasize word shapes and create a strong headline texture, while fine hairlines and pointed details add sparkle.
