A delicate serif with very slim proportions and an airy overall color. Strokes show moderate contrast and a slightly calligraphic handling, with many tapered joins and soft, bracket-like serifs. Curled terminals and teardrop/ball-like finishing strokes appear frequently, especially on uppercase and on letters with descenders, giving the forms a lively, ornamental rhythm. Counters are narrow and vertical emphasis is strong, producing a tall, graceful texture in text.

Best suited to display settings where its narrow, ornate forms can be appreciated—titles, pull quotes, chapter openers, invitations, and boutique branding. It can work for short editorial passages when generous tracking and leading are available, but its thin strokes and busy terminals are likely to feel most comfortable at larger sizes.

The tone is refined and slightly theatrical: formal enough for classic, literary contexts, but softened by playful curls and swashes that add charm. It reads as old-world and decorative rather than strictly bookish, suggesting elegance with a hint of whimsy.

The design appears intended to reinterpret traditional serif structures with a more decorative, calligraphic finish. By combining slender proportions, moderate contrast, and consistent curled terminals, it aims to deliver a distinctive, elegant voice for expressive typography rather than neutral reading text.

The uppercase set carries much of the personality through prominent terminal curls (notably on letters like J, Q, R, and Y) and long, slender verticals. Numerals follow the same light, ornate approach, with a distinctive, curling 2 and open, narrow shapes overall.
