A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and fine hairline serifs. The structure is largely transitional-to-modern in feel: smooth, rounded bowls, taut curves, and crisp terminals, with bracketed serifs that stay delicate even on heavier stems. Capitals are stately and relatively narrow with clear vertical stress; the lowercase shows compact, disciplined forms and a two-storey “g” with a small ear. Numerals follow the same contrasty logic, with thin joins and tapered strokes that read best when given enough size and breathing room.

Well-suited to editorial design, book typography, and magazine layouts where a refined serif texture is desired. It can also serve effectively for headlines, pull quotes, and luxury-facing collateral such as invitations or programs, especially at medium to large sizes where the contrast and hairlines remain clear.

The overall tone is refined and literary, conveying a sense of tradition, formality, and editorial polish. Its sharp hairlines and poised proportions suggest luxury and seriousness rather than casual friendliness, and the rhythm feels composed and deliberate.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic reading-seriffed voice with elevated contrast and a polished, contemporary finish. It prioritizes elegance and tonal sophistication while maintaining conventional letterforms for familiar, authoritative text setting.

The combination of very thin hairlines and small serifs creates a sparkling texture in paragraphs, while large sizes emphasize the dramatic contrast and sculpted curves. Curved letters (C, G, S, e) show careful modulation, and diagonals (V, W, X, Y) appear crisp and decisive, reinforcing a clean, high-end impression.
