A tall, condensed serif with gently flared stroke endings and small bracket-like transitions that give the stems a subtly chiseled silhouette. Strokes stay relatively even, with only mild modulation, and curves are narrow and upright, creating a compact, vertical rhythm. Capitals are narrow and high with restrained crossbars, while the lowercase keeps a straightforward, legible construction with a single-storey a and a compact, looped g. Overall spacing reads tight but consistent, supporting a crisp, poster-like texture in lines of text.

Best suited to headlines, subheads, posters, and book-cover typography where a condensed footprint is useful and a vintage voice is desired. It can work for short editorial callouts or pull quotes, but its narrow rhythm is strongest at larger sizes or in tighter columns where verticality is an advantage.

The narrow proportions and flaring terminals evoke a vintage, display-oriented tone—somewhere between editorial classicism and early 20th‑century signage. It feels slightly theatrical and quirky without becoming ornate, lending personality while staying readable.

The design appears intended to deliver a condensed, characterful serif that reads cleanly while adding a distinctive flared finish at terminals. It balances historical flavor with simple letterforms, aiming for display impact without heavy ornamentation.

The numerals follow the same condensed logic and maintain a clear, sturdy presence, making them suitable for set pieces like dates or short numeric strings. Round letters (O, Q, 0) remain slim and vertical, reinforcing the font’s tall, compressed color in paragraphs and headlines.
