A tall, condensed display face with stark thick–thin contrast and mostly upright construction. Stems often end in long, needle-like tapers that extend below the baseline, and many terminals split into ragged, drip-like points that create a distressed silhouette. Curves are narrow and pinched, counters are small, and widths vary noticeably from glyph to glyph, giving the line a restless rhythm. Overall edges feel sharp and torn rather than smooth, with consistent downward “bleed” details across capitals, lowercase, and numerals.

Best suited to short, attention-grabbing text such as horror or Halloween headlines, film/game titles, event posters, album art, and spooky packaging. It can also work for themed pull quotes or section headers when you want the text itself to contribute atmosphere and texture.

The letterforms read as ominous and theatrical, evoking dripping ink, claw marks, and horror title tropes. Its exaggerated verticality and dangling terminals create tension and unease, while the stylized distress adds a playful, haunted-house character rather than a purely gritty realism.

The design appears intended to provide an instantly recognizable horror mood through condensed proportions, dramatic contrast, and consistent drip-and-spike terminals that resemble bleeding ink or torn strokes. The goal is high-impact display typography with strong thematic character rather than neutral readability.

The strongest visual signature is the repeated descending spikes and drips, which can visually connect across a line and increase texture in dense settings. Because the forms are narrow and high-contrast, it delivers maximum impact at larger sizes where the terminal details remain legible.
