A monoline slab-serif design with generous horizontal proportions and consistent character widths, creating an even, mechanical rhythm across words and lines. Strokes show intentionally irregular contours and slight blotting at terminals, with softened corners and uneven edges that mimic worn impressions. Serifs are blunt and bracketless, counters are open and sturdy, and the overall letterforms stay upright and stable while retaining a distressed, ink-heavy texture.

Works well for typewriter-coded applications such as screenplay styling, captions, and editorial callouts where a mechanical voice is desired. It also suits posters, labels, and packaging that benefit from a tactile, slightly worn impression, especially at display sizes where the texture can be appreciated.

The font conveys an analog, workmanlike tone—part newsroom, part field notes—where the imperfect imprint feels tactile and human. Its worn edges and inky texture suggest age, use, and a slightly gritty atmosphere without becoming decorative to the point of illegibility.

The design appears intended to capture the cadence of monospaced typing while adding a convincingly worn imprint, balancing robust slab forms with distressed edges. The goal seems to be dependable readability paired with an unmistakably analog, used-in-the-real-world character.

The distressing appears consistent across the set, reading as a deliberate printing artifact rather than random noise, and it becomes more noticeable at larger sizes. The wide stance and strong serifs help maintain clarity in short bursts of text even with the roughened outlines.
