A monoline, slab‑serif typewriter face with sturdy, squared proportions and generous interior counters. Strokes stay low-contrast overall, but edges show deliberate irregularity: softened corners, slight wobble, and uneven ink-like buildup that makes the silhouette feel worn-in rather than geometrically crisp. Serifs are blunt and compact, with subtly flared joins and occasional asymmetry that mimics mechanical impression and ink spread. The rhythm is steady and even across letters and numerals, prioritizing consistent texture over sharp detail.

Works well when you want a clear typewriter cue with extra texture—posters, cover titles, labels, and packaging that benefit from a tactile, analog feel. It’s particularly effective for headings, pull quotes, and short blocks of copy where the distressed edges can contribute mood without overwhelming readability.

The font reads as archival and utilitarian, with an approachable, humanized roughness that suggests paper, ribbon, and repeated impact. Its tone feels documentary and nostalgic—more “found on a typed note” than polished editorial typography—adding character and authenticity to short passages.

The design appears intended to recreate the visual artifacts of typed output—mechanical consistency paired with imperfect impression—while staying robust and readable. It aims for a recognizable typewriter voice with added wear to suggest age, repetition, and physical printing on paper.

In the sample text, the accumulated roughness remains legible while producing a darker, slightly blotty color on the line, especially where verticals meet serifs and at curved joins. Numerals and capitals share the same worn treatment, keeping the set visually cohesive for mixed alphanumeric use.
