A crisp, high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and a largely vertical stress. Serifs are fine and hairline-like with sharp, clean terminals, giving stems a sculpted, glossy look. The overall stance is upright with generous horizontal proportions, and the rhythm alternates between sturdy main strokes and extremely delicate connecting strokes. Curves are smooth and controlled, and joins remain clean without heavy bracketing, producing a refined, print-oriented texture in continuous text.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, titling, and other display applications where the contrast and fine serifs can be appreciated. It can also work for upscale branding and packaging, especially where a refined, editorial voice is desired. For extended text, it will generally perform better at comfortable sizes with ample leading to preserve the delicate hairlines.

The tone is polished and elevated, combining a classical bookish feel with a fashion-forward, editorial sharpness. Its dramatic contrast and razor serifs convey formality and prestige, while the wide set adds an open, confident presence.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern, high-end take on classical contrasted serif typography: wide, authoritative letterforms paired with razor-thin details to create a luxurious, attention-grabbing page color.

At larger sizes the hairlines read as intentionally elegant and precise; in dense settings the very thin strokes can visually recede, increasing the sense of sparkle and contrast. Numerals match the same contrast logic and feel display-ready alongside capitals.
