A high-contrast serif with strong vertical emphasis and extremely fine hairlines against weighty stems. Serifs are crisp and largely unbracketed, giving the letterforms a sharp, cut-paper finish, while round glyphs show a pronounced thick–thin rhythm and vertical stress. Proportions lean traditional with a relatively small x-height and compact lowercase, and the caps feel stately and structured. The numerals follow the same contrast-driven logic, pairing sturdy verticals with delicate connecting strokes for a lively, elegant texture in text.

Well-suited to headlines, decks, and pull quotes where the contrast and hairline detailing can be appreciated. It also fits magazine and fashion-oriented layouts, premium branding, and book-cover typography, and can add formality to invitations or packaging when set with adequate size and spacing.

The overall tone is formal and editorial, with a sense of luxury and theatrical contrast. Its sharp serifs and taut curves suggest sophistication and authority, while the dramatic thick–thin pattern adds a fashionable, display-minded energy.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic, high-fashion serif voice: traditional proportions paired with crisp, modern-looking hairlines and serifs to create maximum elegance and contrast on the page.

In paragraphs, the strong contrast creates a bright, sparkling surface where hairlines and serifs add fine detail; at smaller sizes those details may visually recede, while at larger sizes they read as intentional refinement. Curved letters and diagonals keep a sculpted, slightly calligraphic tension without becoming overtly swashy.
