A sharply contrasted serif with strong vertical stress, thick main stems, and extremely fine hairlines. Serifs are crisp and delicate, with minimal bracketing and a chiseled, print-like finish. Counters are generally compact and oval, producing dense black shapes in rounds like O and 8, while diagonals and joining strokes taper to needle-thin connections. Proportions lean slightly condensed in capitals and sturdy in lowercase, with tight apertures and pronounced thick–thin modulation that becomes especially visible in S, C, and the numerals.

Best suited to large-size typography such as headlines, magazine mastheads, pull quotes, and high-end branding where its hairline details can remain crisp. It also works well for posters, invitations, and packaging that benefit from a dramatic, refined serif presence, while very small sizes may demand careful printing and contrast-aware color choices.

The overall tone is polished and theatrical, projecting a fashion-forward, premium mood with a distinctly editorial flavor. Its stark contrast and razor details feel formal and elevated, lending a sense of sophistication and drama rather than warmth or casualness.

The design appears intended to capture a modernized classic display serif look: strong vertical structure, luxurious contrast, and precise hairline finishing for striking titles and brand statements. It prioritizes elegance and visual impact through disciplined geometry and emphatic thick–thin rhythm.

The lowercase shows classic, serifed construction with compact bowls and a firm baseline presence; thin joins and terminals add sparkle but also make fine details prominent. Numerals match the same high-contrast logic, with elegant curves and hairline transitions that read as display-oriented rather than utilitarian.
