A sharp, faceted serif with very thin strokes and angular, hand-cut contours. Many curves resolve into multi-sided, almost octagonal shapes, giving rounds like O, C, and G a chiseled silhouette rather than smooth bowls. Serifs are small, pointed, and often asymmetric, with occasional hooked terminals and abrupt joins that create a lightly jittered rhythm. Proportions are open and wide in the sample text, while stroke modulation stays subtle but noticeable, emphasizing a crisp, brittle texture at display sizes.

Best suited to display typography where the faceted outlines and needle-like serifs can be appreciated—titles, chapter heads, posters, game or fantasy-themed branding, and packaging. It can work for short passages or pull quotes at comfortable sizes with generous leading, but the thin strokes and angular detailing make it less appropriate for dense small-size text.

The overall tone feels archaic and slightly fantastical—like lettering carved into stone or inked with a dry, scratchy pen. Its irregularities read as intentional craft, lending a mysterious, folklore or dungeon-manual character without becoming fully distressed.

The design appears intended to merge classical serif structure with a deliberately hand-hewn, geometric irregularity. By turning round forms into chiseled polygons and sharpening terminals, it aims to evoke antique craft and narrative atmosphere while retaining a readable, upright Latin skeleton.

Lowercase forms mix simple, upright constructions with occasional unusual terminals and slightly uneven curves, which adds personality in running text. Numerals and rounded letters keep the same polygonal rounding, reinforcing a consistent “cut” motif across the set. Spacing appears fairly airy in the sample, helping the delicate strokes remain legible despite the spiky details.
