A condensed, all-caps-forward display design built from tall black rectangular bodies with irregular, hand-hewn edges. Each glyph reads as an inverted cut-out: the letterforms appear as white counters carved into dense black blocks, producing sharp internal corners, torn-looking notches, and uneven stroke boundaries. The rhythm is tightly packed and vertical, with slightly inconsistent widths and lively, jittered outlines that feel intentionally distressed rather than geometric. Counters are small and angular, and curves are treated as chiseled facets, keeping the overall texture coarse and high-impact.

Best suited to display settings where texture and attitude are the point—posters, band or album artwork, nightlife/event flyers, skate or streetwear branding, and punchy headlines. It works especially well on light backgrounds where the inverted cut-out effect and dense black mass can read crisply at larger sizes.

The font projects a gritty, underground attitude—somewhere between DIY zine typography and horror/punk poster lettering. Its distressed block shapes and carved interiors create a tense, aggressive energy that feels raw, loud, and intentionally imperfect.

The design appears intended to mimic hand-cut or printed lettering—letter shapes excavated from solid blocks—prioritizing bold silhouette, distressed character, and a raw, analog feel over neutral readability. Its condensed proportions and irregular contours aim to maximize impact and edge in limited horizontal space.

Because the glyphs are contained within heavy blocky silhouettes, the texture becomes dominant in running text, especially where adjacent black rectangles nearly touch. The distinctive “carved-out” interiors help recognition at larger sizes, while the tight apertures and rugged edges can reduce clarity when set small or tightly tracked.
