A chunky, heavy sans with rounded counters and compact, simplified construction. The letterforms lean on big circular bowls (notably in O/Q and many lowercase forms), broad stems, and slightly uneven, hand-cut geometry that creates a bouncy rhythm across words. A consistent distressed treatment—small chips, bite marks, and interior speckling—runs through most glyphs, giving the set a worn, printed texture while keeping silhouettes bold and readable. Numerals share the same stout proportions and roughened edges, with clear, poster-like shapes.

Best suited to short, high-impact text such as posters, headlines, event flyers, album/playlist art, and packaging where the distressed character can carry the mood. It can also work for logos or badges that want a rugged, playful voice, while extended body text will feel busy due to the strong texture.

The overall tone is mischievous and attention-grabbing, with a scruffy, DIY energy. It reads as intentionally imperfect and a bit loud, evoking playful rebellion rather than polish or formality.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum punch with a friendly, rounded skeleton and a deliberately worn surface, combining bold, simple silhouettes with a rough print effect for a distinctive novelty statement.

Round counters and thick joins help the face stay legible at display sizes despite the deliberate damage. The texture is visually prominent and becomes a key part of the identity, so it will read as more “inked/gritty” than neutral in most contexts.
